NovaTech Automation’s strength as an innovative automation solution provider stems from the ideas of employees like you.  Just as our products and solutions evolve to incorporate new technologies, our company needs fresh ideas to grow our business and make it a better place to work.

This form is one way to propose a change you want to see in the company that will improve teamwork, spark innovation, recognize excellence, bridge silos, serve our communities, reduce waste, promote ethical behavior, or otherwise evolve our business, directly to the senior leadership of NovaTech Automation. All suggestions will be evaluated for their potential impact and ease of implementation, and more complex ones will become formal initiatives managed and developed using a Stage Gate process similar to the one we use for product development.
