What’s this about?
We’re making a video to give our customers and future team members a glimpse into our jobs and passion for our work. Of course, we can’t do it without you—the people that make NovaTech Automation run every day.
What do I need to do?
We’re asking NovaTech employees to share selfie-style videos while on the job. Whether you’re at a facility installing a cabinet or at your desk planning a sales meeting, you’re an integral part of our company and we want to see you in action.

Employee Model Release for NovaTech Automation Recruitment Video
By submitting my video via email to the NovaTech Automation Culture and Recruitment Video, I hereby agree to these terms. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby give NovaTech Process Solutions, LLC, NovaTech, LLC, and Bitronics, LLC (collectively “NovaTech”) and its employees the right and permission to copyright and/or use, reuse and/or broadcast and republish video and audio recordings of me, in conjunction with my own name, on reproductions thereof in color, or black and white made through any media by NovaTech for the purpose of advertising NovaTech.
I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished videotape or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the eventual use that it might be applied. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless NovaTech or its employees, in whole or in part, from and against any liability as a result of any distortion, blurring, or alteration, optical illusion, or use in any composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product, its publication, distribution, or broadcast of the same.
