All NovaTech products carry a ten-year warranty. (We’ll repair a product for any reason in the first 10 years.) We also provide technical support at no charge as long as your NovaTech products remains in service.

NovaTech Sales Engineers and support team members will work directly with you to solve the issue. Many issues can be resolved without returning the unit to NovaTech.
If your device needs to return to the factory for diagnosis and repair, we’ll send you a return materials authorization (RMA) with further instructions.
All NovaTech products are built in the USA.
